Raven's room

This is a great private room with its own bathroom and large closet! You will have a balcony, in-unit laundry, dish washer, disposal, valet trash and more! The complex has 3 pools, 3 gyms 2 dog parks, community center and more! There are weekly appreciation activities for tenants at the leasing office and nightly food trucks. Feel free to cook anytime and make the house your own. We don’t have living room furniture quite yet. I will be shampooing the carpets for you in the bedroom before I leave!

After losing my job, my partner and I decided to move back North to start a family together. My roomie is a 23 y.o. NSU student in clinical psych and she has 4 more years of schooling. She is very introverted and busy most of the time which leaves the apartment very quiet!! She is also very scared of bugs which means we keep the apartment tidy and have prevention for gross situations LOL! She does have an ESA cat who does not work well with other animals and for that reason we don’t allow additional pets in the unit. We are 420 friendly on the balcony, not in the house out of respect because my roomie does not smoke.
