Currently, two rooms are available. One person per room. Furnished, with Spectrum premium cable tv in each bedroom, wood burning stove, large 4-acre property, pond. Seeking quiet, respectful and responsible person(s). No drugs, pets, smokers, overnight guests, second vehicles, drama. Very close to all colleges, including new Bethel. Great for Bethel students/ staff and all others seeking peaceful and quiet environment.
