Michael's room

I have a nice room, semi furnished opening up on june 1st, 2024. I live at the Paradise Valley community in Fairfield CA. It’s a 2 story house, built in 2004. There’s a nice back yard and pool, with a tennis court within walking distance of the house.

I’m 32 years old. Currently retired. I live here with my dog Noah, he’s a labradoodle. There’s one other roommate who is only here 1 day a week. The bathroom will be yours 99% of the time. About me, I enjoy being outdoors and going on hikes with my dog. I travel pretty consistently and am gone almost once a month in other countries. If my future roommate would be open to watching my dog while i’m gone, I would deduct pay from their rent.
