Terms: Mature, responsible, courteous persons, age 18 - 118 and up are welcome to apply. Furnished, semi, or unfurnished - your choice, same price. Queen, double, and twin beds are available. Utilities split between the number of people there. Six-month lease terms only. Parking is available on street. Buy your own food and cook for yourself, or share rotating cooking schedules with others: Smoking outdoors only, pets outdoors only, no drugs, no intoxication. New home so all beds are available. Furnished or unfurnished is the same price.

Qualifications: Must pass credit check with a minimum of 620 credit score. No evictions in the past three years. Good rental history and references. Verifiable income that is at least 2 times the rent. Application fee is $53 per adult. $100 Security hold at the time of application. Special consideration shall be given to Veterans. Security deposit is the same as the rent.
