About the room
Hey Everyone!
I’m looking for someone to take over my half of a lease (around mid January/early February) that goes until this coming May/June.
I currently live in The Point at Pentagon City and pay $1250 monthly. It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom I share with my roommate Max (who will continue the lease with you).
Amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, front desk attendant, elevator service, full gym/pool, a parking garage, and a resident’s lounge you can rent for large events.
This apartment has a balcony, a spacious living room/dining area, and a spacious kitchen with tons of counter space. You get your own bathroom too.

Max, 25 years old, Male, works in DC for a lobbying organization, very clean, very friendly, will usually be over at friends, have friends over for a football game or playing video games in his room.
