Super cute house, pretty close to UNCW. Really nice neighbors, quiet neighborhood. The room for rent has a lot of natural sunlight which is great if you have plants! We don’t allow smoking in the house but we have a she-shed in the backyard where that is more than welcome! Bills average around $100/mo!
About the roomies
I will be moving out because I have graduated, but the three other girls are all students. You would be subleasing from me for 5 months!
There are two cats living here also, however the landlord doesn’t want any more animals in the house unfortunately. All three girls are all super sweet and respectful! They’re great at communication and I haven’t had any problems with them!
