Beautiful and upgraded 3 bedroom, 2 bath home situated in Browns Valley. Close to Browns Valley market, hiking trails, 7 min from downtown, 5 min from Napa Shopping Outlets, and freeway. Large manicured backyard with plenty of seating space and a pool. The bedroom for rent will be in the main house that has access to a shared bathroom. You will have access to the common areas such as kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining area, laundry area, backyard. The room comes fully furnish with a bed, 2 nightstands, 2 night lights, a built in desk with a chair, full closet with built in drawers.

• No parties as this is a quiet neighborhood with elderly neighbors

I’m a mature single mom (son off to college) with a 16 yr old puggle who’s trying to live his retired life soaking up the Napa sun as much as he can. I travel a few days a week to the Peninsula (with my dog) for work and back in Napa the remainder of the week. I’m an introvert/extrovert and love to travel, spend time with family, hike, and try to live a healthy lifestyle. I’m also very clean as I keep my house neat and tidy. I am looking for someone with the same mindset when it comes to cleanliness. I would like short term renters whether it be traveling nurses, students, or winery employees during harvest season.
