Wonderful spot in East Asheville located at the end of a dead end road. Very private for being in the city limits. You will have your own bathroom that is shared with guests. ( Which does not happen very often) Great back deck and with outdoor fire pit. And a gas grill for your use. Washer and dryer on premises along with a dishwasher. Covered parking and tons of dry climate controlled storage available in the huge basement. Awesome trails that I maintain that meander down to Haw Creek. Along with an additional fire pit and hang out spots. Non smoking household. Preferably no pets but could be considered if they get along with my dog. Ad

I’m a very laid back individual. Just me and my Shiba Inu dog currently reside in the home. Mostly a homebody so will usually be home when not working. I do not consume alcohol but have no problems with others doing so. I’m a pretty clean individual so the house is generally in good shape. ( Robot Vacuums are awesome!) I’ve lived here in Asheville for 20 plus years. I just really love are landscape and all of the wonderful people around.
