Patricia's room

Small house, three bedrooms, one bath, one living room, one family room. Nice backyard. I pay for yard maintenance and professional cleaning 1 to 2 times a month. Bedroom is small but you would be free to use all rooms but my bedroom and office. High speed, Internet. The room is currently furnished with a twin bed, desk, small dresser, and Roku TV. You can bring your own furniture if you prefer. There is plenty of storage space available in the attic. I park in the garage, but there is enough space to the right of the garage in the driveway (and just a few feet onto the grass) so you would not have to park on the street. There’s a small back patio with a pleasant view of the yard with chairs, umbrella, grills, etc.

Currently I live alone I am in my early 60s, I work for Apple from home. I have two beautiful cats. My dog passed away last November but I love dogs as long as they don’t harm my cats. I have a fenced backyard, but there are a few boards that need repair if you plan to have a dog. You would also be responsible for being the pooper scooper. And would be responsible for all care and cost of the dog. If he’s not potty trained, he’s not living here.😊 I like a clean house, but I am not a neat freak. I am more of a mess up a little clean up a little mess up a little clean up a little. I like to cook, but I do not like to clean up afterwards, so I don’t do a lot of cooking, just a little on my days off and around the holidays. I am big on breakfast though.
