Beautiful gated apartment complex that includes a pool and very nice gym. Also, free coffee in the leasing office that is actually really good. The apartment itself has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at around 1,4000 sqft. Includes washer and dryer, dishwasher, balcony, spacious bathrooms and closets, and parking. DM me for photos and the specifics because apparently I’m not supposed to advertise the apartment complex.

I just moved to Florida and am staying at this location. My friend will also be moving here in February, when we will be rooming together at this location if we find a third Roomate. I work full time and stay busy. We are both 22 yrs old, went to school in Salt Lake City and train MMA. I want a roommate that isn’t loud at night and can do their dishes. We are easy to get along with and I have never had problems with roommates before.
