I’m Gay and my husband lives with me. So you have to be cool with the gays. lol We have three cats. But they wouldn’t go into the room. You would pay for each month upfront, 1200 and 200 for all utilities. 1400 a month. You can use everything in the kitchen just clean up after yourself. The dryer washers are downstairs; if we forget to move something, just move it. No big deal. No huge parties. Sometimes, family or close friends come over to grill. You’re welcome to join. I normally make too much food and share it with my current roommate on occasion. A clean lady comes once a week to clean common areas. The 200 helps with that, too. There is tons of parking. Gatehouse will let you in with no problem. We go to bed around 9:30-10. My husband speaks mostly Spanish.
