I love my room, but I moving in with my partner and have to rent it out. This is a 3br 1bath apartment with all necessary amenities and furnishings included. The apartment is located at 538 W 159th Street. It’s a 10min train ride to Columbia University and a 35min train ride to the midtown / Bryant Park.

For runners and walkers - Hudson River is a 5min walk :).

My room is the second largest in the unit and its two windows face the courtyard area (no street noise :)). The room provides me with ample space to do exercise and yoga, and easily study and work from home.

Room amenities: Closet, AC, Full-size bed with new high-end topper, Dresser, Wooden desk, Chair, Coat Rack, Side Tables, Lamp.

• Anything else you might need can be requested from the landlord.

The apartment also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, a full-stack kitchen, and a living room that is open and free to use.

The landlord does not require a Credit Check. Pets can be discussed with the roommates.

You will share the space with two responsible and friendly roommates in their early 20s and early 30s, one works as an executive assistant who works in office 9to5 Mon-Fri, and the other is a manager in retail who works 12pm-midnight on weekdays. Both are busy and spend a lot of time outside of the apartment.
