This is a 4 bedroom house. Only 2 rooms remaining for $650/month for rent only, bills aren’t included.

Everyone is responsible for the electric and water bills. i.e if average electric bill is 200, divide it by 4 roommates is 50/month each, it’s up to the tenants to keep their bills affordable, same for water. Garage for 2 cars and driveway 2 cars, plenty of street parking.

Your roommates are professional females who work full-time. Quite time is from 10pm to 7am in consideration for each other. No pets, smoking or drugs inside. No overnight guests, or sleepovers. House is not furnished. Fridge, washer and dryer are on site, secure family neighborhood
