I am a trained attorney and a single female in my forties with a small white, hypoallergenic dog. Most weekdays I have appointments out of the home over 50% of the day. Because I am not home most days, I have dog walkers who will come feed and walk my dog. I welcome renters who enjoy walking and feeding dogs and am willing to negotiate on the rent if the tenant would like to help dog walk. My maltipoo is an active pup who loves attention and enjoys running and playing. She is very intelligent but also has a big attitude for a small doggo. This home is perfect for the neat & tidy, responsible dog lover.
