Hello, everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my current roommate’s lease, which becomes available on Jan 1st. The room is part of a cozy two-bedroom, one-bath apartment located in The Mesa, within walking distance to the waterfront and patio with a view of the mountainside. Parking is also included! The monthly rent is $1,575, and the lease ends on June 30th, with the option to extend if we’re a good match! I’m seeking someone in their mid-twenties who can be more than just a roommate. I’m graduating from college this December and plan to apply for grad school in psychology come Fall 2024. I am a big fan of Mother Nature and enjoy some quiet time here at the apartment, but I also love the occasional night out with friends or a movie night here. I try my best to maintain a clean and peaceful living space while respecting others’ privacy, and I seek someone to do the same!
