Semi-private entrance. House is on almost 2 acres, with fruit and nut trees, a blueberry grove, figs, kiwis, and cherries. Alarm system, WiFi, shared washer and dryer, 2 refrigerators. Ample parking (not covered). About a mile from Cottage Grove lake and rivers and also not far (17 miles drive) from Dexter lake.
