Well lit parking close to house. This is a very “family” oriented home; we enjoy living in a quiet environment. Month-to-month lease. References from prior landlords, and background and credit checks required. I require a 30% ratio income/rent amount which would be $4k gross monthly income. There is a very friendly dog that lives in the house.
