Beautiful home at the edge of Riverside near Washington and Van Buren. Home was built in 2018 and is in very good condition. We have a room available for rent, room is 12x12ft with a 2x8ft closet. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Neighborhood is quiet and calm with a nice sunset view.
