Beautiful home at the edge of Riverside near Washington and Van Buren. Home was built in 2018 and is in very good condition. We have two rooms available for rent, room is 12x12ft with a 2x8ft closet. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Neighborhood is quiet and calm with a nice sunset view.
