-i have 2 bedrooms that share a bath tht is out in hall just need 1 roommate to rent a room really so u would have a choice which room u would want -shared living room space and i have a large tv .. very NOT picky will watch whatever u probably want to watch, if I’m not in my own room -i also don’t cook a-lot so u would have the whole kitchen to your self most nights -5 mins from i-95 -1 min from publix -yard for dogs to run around in -nice patio with tv to enjoy the outdoors on the weekends
