4 bedroom home with eat in kitchen, shared bathroom, living room and common area. Big backyard fenced for two dogs that are very friendly and come with the home. Dog friendly people only. Basement with washer and dryer included. All lawn care provided by owner so no need for any lawn Maintenance. Will need to shovel during snow but owner will provide snow removal for the most part.

My name is Greg and I recently been separated from my girlfriend and have good size place. I’m a musician but have a studio outside of this house so it will never be too loud. I work from home all day and go to the gym and at night I am at the studio. Then rinse and repeat. I love animals and a respectful roommate and keep things clean. I hate dishes left in the sink so that is my biggest pet peeve.
