This property is a beautiful 5 bedroom house! Only 10 minutes away from the military base. It is located near a school and is in a safe neighborhood. Water and Electricity are included! This house has spacious rooms, a large garage, a large fenced in backyard and the common areas are very open and spacious as well. The room you would be renting is on the first floor, by the kitchen, tucked away in its own corner with a bathroom. All of the other current rooms are located upstairs. It is connected to the full downstairs bathroom. You will not have to share this bathroom with anyone. You will have easy access to all the common spaces while staying in this room.
Anyone is welcome! Couples as well. But we are not currently excepting families or people with children at the moment. All roommates must be okay with sharing common spaces. Pets are also allowed but there will be pet fees. Please feel free to message me for my number -as I will respond much faster over text message!
