Very large master bedroom 16x16,lots of natural light. Rooms fully furnished but can also be unfurnished if you require. Fenced in backyard full access the downstairs areas utilities plus laundry access included. Private bathroom. There is also a nice fire pit outside aswell

Home consists of a husband and wife with one three year old. We do have a German shepherd and a one cat. We’re friendly couple while we like to socialize here and there but we like a peaceful home environment. Deal breakers are guests. Please be of high moral character. If you like to smoke/420 we’re ok with it also as it’s outside in the back away from the child.
