Large room for rent (13.5x11.5) $750 In a Beautiful house near downtown Roseville less than a mile from Vernon st. Utilities are a flat $100 per month. Shared bathroom. Plenty of kitchen space. 3 bed 3 bath with a large pool and backyard. Laundry on site of course.

I am 25, My boyfriend is 30, and our other roommate is 21. We both work quite a bit. My boyfriend works from home sometimes but typically goes into the office. We have friends over occasionally to swim and have game nights but nothing crazy. Preferably looking for someone moderately social. We like to invite the roomies to join us for game night or to bbq but I have no issue if you would rather keep to yourself too. We are very laid back and easy to get along with. We dont like drama. We have two dogs (a husky and a pit) they are extremely friendly but the husky talks smack on occasion. We also have four cats who are very friendly.
