About the room
Private furnished room with a king-size bed awaits you in a cozy neighborhood. The driveway is yours to park in. The house sports 1.5 baths along with onsite laundry. Large front yard and deck to enjoy. We are located between downtown hospitals and shopping on the West End. The room comes with a Built-in Desk with drawers and a Closet with an extra shelf for storage. Along with a 40“ Wall mounted Smart TV (Samsung) - Can do Unfurnished as well.
About the roomies
Husband (41) and wife (38) are professionals. He is a Project Controller for an Engineering firm. She works with the County Court. We both are pretty easygoing and enjoy traveling and music festivals. Along with live music locally. Mainly EDM and Rock/Metal shows. For the most part, we stick to our room other than using the kitchen. We have a 20-pound dog. Currently not allowing any other pets.
We have another Roommate (41) who works M-F and tends to keep to himself.
