Home is located in the Dietz Farms neighborhood of Albuquerque’s North Valley. The kitchen is fully furnished and includes a dual fuel range (gas cooktop, electric oven), new, full-size refrigerator, new microwave, and pantry. Dining room has table for 2 and shelves for decorating. Living room has couch, recliner, TV, and wood-burning kiva fireplace (2022). Bedroom has queen bed, night stand, dresser, and closet. Bedroom also has access to shared yard. Bathroom has shower and (small) bathtub and a large vanity with plenty of storage space. The washer/dryer is located in the garage and is not shared with the homeowner. The shared yard has a hot tub, and use can be coordinated with homeowner. The yard also has plenty of space (and a raised bed) for gardening. The home is adjacent to walking trails and is located half a mile from the Paseo del Bosque Trail. Walk to the end of the street and around the corner to Flying Star Cafe for some of the best food in town, and definitely the best desserts. NOTE: the furniture pictured is not what will be in the unit. The current tenant is taking those furnishings. New furnishings have been purchased, and will be placed in the unit and are similar to those pictured. NOTE: a small dog (13 lbs) lives on the premises. Pets are negotiable on a case-by-case basis, but only dogs and cats will be considered.

We are a married couple with one four-legged child, a sweet dog named Kevin. Steve works at a local cancer center and Kim is a full-time student. We are very low-key, very quiet.
