House neighbors are very good and house is located inside a gated community. There are washer and dryer inside the house. All other amenities are in new condition. All utilities cost are included in the rental.
Location is great. The house is in Chesapeake but it is right next to Portsmouth. So, it takes only couple of minutes driving to George Washington Hwy. There are restaurants, grocery, gyms, casino, medical centers, amazon warehouse and shipyard nearby. The house is also easy to commute Suffolk.
I only accept single professionals. No couple, no single mom and no pets.
