Hey everyone! My roommate is graduating from our 2BD/1B in Fenway area in Boston, MA and I’m looking for someone to take over her part of the lease for Sept 1, 2024 - Aug 31, 2025 with the potential for extension.

We are located in the heart of Fenway:

• 1 min walk from bus station (it’s on our corner), 10 min walk to Fenway Station and 10 min walk to Northeastern Station (both are green line)
• 2 min walk to Boylston St with tons of restaurants and stores, like Target, Star Market, Tatte, Pavement Coffee, CAVA, the Fenway bars, and of course, Fenway Park!
• Directly next to an amazing pizza parlor, a mediterranean restaurant, a matcha store, and a 7/11!
• Heat, hot water, and gas included!

I am a 3rd year undergraduate student at Northeastern University studying finance. I am clean and like to keep common living spaces clean and tidy. I love to cook, listen to music and exercise.
