I am a male in my mid-40’s, I am pretty laid back, open minded, clean person looking for a housemate of the same. I have another room on the property I will be renting out as well and will be looking for the same, like minded tenant there as well. I will take care of all of the upkeep of the house and lawn, as well as the shared spaces. I do, however, expect any tenant to respect the common areas and clean up after themselves as well as keeping their private spaces clean.
