Ren's room

Hi, we are two siblings looking to fill our third room in a duplex starting in February. There is also an office/small guest room that we don’t use much, so if you work from home you would have a space to work. The bathroom is shared. There are lots of local businesses on our street including a bakery, corner store, restaurants, and a library.

We are two siblings in our 20’s who enjoy a chill atmosphere and having friends over for dinner and games. We like to keep our space tidy, and are wanting to do a lot of reorganization once after our current housemate moves out. We would love to have a roommate who is on board with keeping the space neat and organized. We are very open to your input and want to make sure we are all on the same page and happy with the space :-)

We have a dog named Janet who is an ESA and in training as a service animal. She is 1.5 years old and is an australian shepherd mix.
