Hi! im graduating in dec and live in the gathering,, im looking for someone to take over my lease for next semester! my room comes fully furnished(full size bed w/ mattress, dresser, desk with chair (i moved it into my closet) and nightstand) my room has the biggest walk in closet in the house with your own private bathroom in the room too! the club house has a private gym, pool and lounge area! i would be willing to pay for all lease transfer fees & rent for jan!!
