This property is situated on 1 acre so there is plenty of room to roam and for parking. The backyard is fully enclosed and has turf and fruit trees. There is a 3 car garage so you will have your own parking spot to keep your vehicle out of the elements. This house is equipped with vaulted ceilings and is spacious. You will have the master bedroom that has a huge walk in closet. The bathroom has two sinks, a stand up shower, toilet and a bath tub.

My son Royse is the only roomy in this property right now. He is a student and is training so he is out most days. He is a respectful and quit 19 year old. We are only looking for two more roomies for a total of three in this spacious home.
