Hello - I am looking for someone to sublet my 1bed 1 bath apartment in the heart of Fort Collins. It is a quiet, clean building, and the apartment has all the amenities! In unit washer/drier, AC and heating, full kitchen (including dishwasher), full bathroom, three large closets, and is a corner unit so it gets a lot of beautiful sunlight. Additionally, it has a view of the mountains. I am looking for someone to take over the lease, which includes the rent, utilities, wifi, and administrative fees. Pets are allowed for an additional cost. Parking spots are available! If you sign in time, you will have the option to re-lease for Aug 2024 - Aug 2025.
