Broadview heights is just ten miles south of Cleveland and is a safe suburb. Outdoor heated pool in the spring/summer available. Private park in the back with volleyball and basketball courts. It’s a private room with a lock and a closet. Can be furnished or not. Parking in driveway available. In unit laundry.

I have kids but they are older and won’t bother you. They go to school during the day and I go to work. They are gone every other weekend with their dad. No drama. Nice, normal family.
