Available for rent is a furnished bedroom. No Application fee! Included in rent is all utilities( heating, cooling, water, electricity, trash pickup fee) one car parking and internet. Room is furnished by the landlord for no additional charge with a bed, a nightstand, a desk, a chair , a small fridge, and a 50 inch TV . Rent is $700 per month for the room and utilities if a 12-month lease is signed. Lease can be month to month, 3, 6 or 9 month for slightly higher rent. Pets are not allowed. There are two long term tenants that been living there for 2+ years. Everyone is very quiet and respectful of other’s privacy and boundaries. We don’t do gatherings, games, or parties in the house. The house is used only for resting and sleeping. We are looking for a person with similar preferences.
