Spacious and private lower floor of a two floor home for rent. Bedroom, living room with electric fireplace, 3/4 bath, and washer/dryer (shared) all on the lower level with a kitchen and dining room upstairs shared with myself, the home owner! The house is in a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood that has nearby bus routes and is a 10 minute bike ride or 5 minute drive to downtown Rochester. Looking for a considerate, quiet, clean, and friendly housemate. Non smoking house.

I am a high school teacher who enjoys baking, orchestra, snowboarding, and spending time with friends. While not the quietest person in the world I try to be considerate and respectful while having fun and I am hoping for roommate who is the same! I have owned the home for several years and worked hard to update and fix up the place. I do not currently have pets but I am open to small dogs and cats that are well trained and cared for.
