Located in the upper arlington/Columbus area. Safe neighborhood, mostly quiet. Would have available parking on the street or depending on situation can make garage parking available. Will have your own room, across from mine on the first floor. Will split utilities (electric & internet every month, water bill every 4 months.) evenly, for idea of what that would generally look like from an estimated viewpoint from previous bills, $64 electric, $20 for internet, $48 every 4 months for water, grand total estimated $684 per month, $732 every 4 months. I tend to keep the living space clean and would appreciate help in upkeep of the homestead. I have a cat so must be cat friendly as he has free roam of the majority of the home. He is a rescue, special needs strictly indoor cat. Very shy and non aggressive. For the most part he is around me when I am home but, his safety and quality of life is my no.1 concern and priority. Zero tolerance for any hostility to my fur child of any kind. Aside from that we both keep to ourselves and will respect your privacy and personal space. I’m 36 yr old sober living combat army infantry veteran vocel, big nerd and well versed in security and trade work. The other is leaving beginning of next year is a 41 yr old single father. He has fallen behind on rent and being able to afford utilities in the homestead. Being removed from the lease in January of 2024. He’s non confrontational and shouldn’t be an issue but, an questions, comments and or concerns welcome to address them. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sidenote: when he leaves will still honor the original agreement and will pay his portion making yours a 3rd of the rent and utilities and I’ll cover the other 2/3rds of the rent and utilities. More then welcome to the idea of going 50/50 but, that will put your portion at $875 along with increase in utilities prices averaging around electric $98 a month, internet $30 a month, and water bill $75 every 4 months. Grand total going 50/50 would be $1,003 a month, $1,078 a month.
