We have a private pool and private basketball court and several areas on the property to just relax and hang out. Also located directly beside a bus stop, so easy traveling if you dont have a car. Walmart, Walgreens and restaurants within walking distance.

We have a spare queen-sized single-occupancy bedroom that has its own bath and walk-in closet. $950.00 and the price includes all utilities.

Security deposit required upon signing the lease.

The current roomies are all male and either work in the medical field or at the UoA. We often cook for eachother and have game nights. We honestly have a great environment and hope to keep it that way!

I do interviews and background checks because shared living isn’t for everyone, but it is a great experience!
