HI, I currently have 2 open and available immediately large bedrooms to rent out. I do have a bed in each room, along with dressers. If you don’t need the furniture I can remove it and store it. There is a regular closet in each room to hang clothes and it’s a deep closet good for storage. Also they each have a small door that enters to empty space for storage. There’s two windows in each room as well. Hard wood floors and you can also put a lock on the door if you would like. I posted in the pictures photos of each of the 2 avaiable bedrooms I have currently open for move in. Whatever one you are interested in just message me. It’s a nice, quiet, clean, peaceful home with just me and my minor daughter. We each have our bedrooms on the first floor of the house. You will have access to use the kit hen to cook, pots, pans, dishes, and cups can be used as long as you clean up after yourself. Utilities are included except if in the summer you use an air conditioner that would be an extra $25 a month. I have a very large basement if you need extra storage. I do have a brand new washer and dryer in my basement and I could allow use for a small extra fee and just provide your own detergent and fabric softener. I have a large driveway where you can personally park your vehicle. I am looking to either get my daughter a kitten or small lap dog soon, so hopefully you don’t have issues with animals. In fact I will accept a person that had an animal it will be a $ 50 pet fee. You also wouldn’t need to keep cat or dog locked in your room as long as it’s friendly it can roam n run around the house! We are very easily to get along with, laid back, easy going, and don’t bother Noone. You would be allowed to have a friend visit or stay the night every now and then but please no parties. Be mindful of others. I have a very large full bathroom on the first floor. There’s also a full bathroom on the top floor but I’m in the process of fixing some things in it such as shower pipes and the sink pipe. The toilet does work so you can use bathroom up there for that and use the shower in the main bathroom until the one upstairs is fixed. You can leave your shower stuff in a container in the tub and Noone will touch it. I also will make space I. The refrigerator if you need it. I also have a large deep freezer the size of a refrigerator in my garage you can access as well. There’s a front yard and a fenced in backyard you have access to. There’s also room to exhibit your creative side. Both rooms are painted gray with white trim BUT if you would like to change it up and paint another color or designs , wallpaper, etc you are welcome to do so. Just no destroying it by graffiti and permanently marker. Thanks I’m starting to decorate for X-Mas so you will be moving in just in time to celebrate the holidays in a beautiful warm overly decorated house everything Christmas themed…we love the holidays. I’m female in my 40’s with 3 children. Two adult children on their own and in college and the youngest resides with me shes in elementary school. We are a cool, clean , quiet, outgoing, fun, friendly team. We don’t bother anyone and we are a very welcoming family. No jidgement here! You wouldn’t have to worry about your safety or the safety of your belongings. Neither one of us has no reason to go upstairs in your space plus you have the choice to use locks. I love to cook, so if you don’t have the time or don’t really know how we could work something out where I can provide dinner almost every night you are welcome to eat in the kitchen or your room. Me n my daughter love to watch movies play outside, and shop! We will make you feel like you are part of the family! I’m also willing to work with security fee and if you move in past the 1st of the month I’ll prorated it so it wouldn’t be the full amount. I’m a very fair person and just looking for a king honest safe person to move in.
