Apartment: Full bathroom shared with one roommate. Equipped kitchen. Outdoor deck/porch. Laundry washer and dryer in the garage. Internet access included. One driveway parking spot (first-come, first-serve)
Lease and Rent: $1,350 per month. Security Deposit: $1,350. Upon signing the lease, the initial month’s rent and the security deposit are required to be paid. Shared utility costs of $150 or more per month (electricity, heating, stove, and oven). The three roommates evenly contribute around $50 or more per month.
Requirements: Background check. No smoking. No drugs. No pets.
About the roomies
