Dorr Avenue

Hi everyone! I just signed a new lease for a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in the Dunn Loring/Mosaic area and I am looking for a roommate ASAP! It would be $1,332.50/month for rent plus utilities ($6.50/person for trash, $25/person for WiFi, and electric and water/sewer based on use). Parking is available for an additional $70-85/month (covered vs non-covered), the apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer, and the complex has great amenities (pool, gym, game/club room, 24 hr concierge, beautiful outdoor area, etc.)! The location is great as well, it is only a block from the Dunn Loring metro stop and is walking distance to Mosaic (super close to grocery stores, shopping, movie theater). The address is 2700 Dorr Ave and the complex is called Prosperity Flats!

I am looking for someone that either loves animals or doesn’t mind living with them, since I do have two very friendly cats (no other animals in the apartment, I’m sorry!). The main room is already furnished, so you would just need to furnish the bedroom (bathroom is attached!). The apartment is 1,103 sq ft with a balcony!

A little about me: I’m a 25 year-old young professional working full-time! I am in-person in DC three days a week but will be working remotely the rest of the time. Although it’s obviously not a requirement, I’d love to find a roommate that’s down to hang out and be friends :) I’m relatively clean, very respectful/chill, and LGBTQ+ friendly.
