Modern apartment building in the heart of downtown Los Angeles (walking distance to LA Live, convention center, Staples/Crypto, and so much more). Myriad of bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. Super close to major freeways 110 and 10, also conveniently close to the 5 freeway. One of the few apartments in DTLA with covered parking and plenty of guest parking available. In-unit washer & dryer, as well as dishwasher included. Furnished balcony included, with pool, jacuzzi, and gym on the property. Also, the unit is fully furnished and decorated, but you’re welcome to add your own touch.

A little about me: super clean and organized, love making great coffee at home, cook tasty dishes when I have the time, and clean up. I work a lot and love going to the gym, but also enjoy a good show/movie or a video game in my down time. I’m very respectful of others’ needs and private property and ask you the same in return. I’m also very reasonable, understanding, and easy to talk to. We can be friends and enjoy some time together or just be cordial and do our own thing. Ideally, I’m looking for a roommate who is also neat and organized, reliable and trustworthy, has a habit of picking up after themselves, and respects others’ space and boundaries.
