Great location right off 7th St and the 101. Quiet apartment complex with great amenities and lots of grassy areas. There is one assigned parking space then uncovered space is a free for all. Garages are available for an extra fee. The apartment is a 2bed 2bath located on the first floor with a spacious kitchen and living room. Washer and dryer included as well. You would have the 2nd bedroom located right as you enter with your bathroom right across from your room.

$1100 is typically the price of rent in the summer with the AC running. Other months it’s typically closer to $1025.

Your roommates would be me and my dog Piper. Piper is an 8 year old Chiwennie who is very well behaved. I work 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday and on my days off I am typically off running errands or over at my friend’s place, so I am very rarely home.
