I am renting out a 1 bedroom room for $800 + utilities (will discuss) with a private bathroom. You’ll have Full access to Washer and dryer, kitchen and all amenities which includes gym & pool as well as on site parking. Female roommate only. Furnished for extra charge.

I am single mother with an 8 year old daughter… We enjoy everything outdoors, going to church, occasional vacation. Our home is very clean, calm and peaceful.
