Monster Master Bedroom and En-suite. Room is larger than most living rooms. Has private en-suite bathroom with bathroom with a door, shower and large vanity. The walk is closet is a true walk in closet and big enough for 2 but reserved for 1, you. Bedroom comes fully furnished with high end dressers, nightstands, luxury king bed with a body cooling memory/coil hybrid mattress. The most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Electric fireplace for earth and ambiance but you will not need to turn on the heat. Room is controlled by its own thermostat on its own zone. The room and en-suite are the same size as some apartments, and that’s just the bedroom, you have access to the whole house! The house laundry room is attached to the bathroom separated by doors and access to use the laundry room will be coordinated though you at your convenience. Don’t let this deter you, the housemates are amazing and respectful for organizing time.

You must have a full time job or employment with proof of employment and last two check stubs or statements. Bank statement and proof of income are required.

About the house Fully furnished formal dining room, open office for with two printers, Lux kitchen with gas range and stove, large two tiered island with seating, large living room with 70 inch tv. New furniture, couches, lounge chairs, double reclining seat, sound system and entertainment. Three season room for morning coffee and sunrises, pool, hot tub, and oasis backyard. Did I mention there’s a koi pond, heated garage access can be arranged for cold winters.

Roomies are in 30s and 40s and very respectful individuals with careers. This is not a party house although we do have gatherings in the summer to entertain or fiends and family in the pool, hot tub, patio with a bbq and drinks. Any housemate that does not comply with the code of conduct and ethics will be removed from the property and no security deposit will be given. There is no tolerance for non mature or reckless behavior. This is a luxury house in a very quiet and respectful neighborhood. The neighborhood is tucked away in a very low traffic area with only residents traveling on the street. The road is a large U and connect to the main road turning it more into a D shape. It’s perfect for a morning walk or jog. Public park is right next door.

There is a formal application process and formal interview(s) required.

This house is geared towards and marketed towards responsible grown men with established careers, who could be facing a relationship or marriage hardship or separation. Men, do not go rock bottom and end up in a hotel or run down motel. Come relax, stabilize, recover and reinvent yourself. There is plenty of garage, shed, house dry storage so you do not have to sacrifice your partner tossing all of your important possessions. Keep your dignity, pride, and get yourself together to fix your relationship or move on from your relationship. Men with kids are welcome. Kids can stay over on some weekends organized with the other housemates, but are not allowed to live here perm. Girlfriends are not allowed to live here or be here 24/7 but of course are welcome to stay overnight occasionally. No dogs or cats. If you have some other crazy pet the answer is prob no but you can run it by me.

About me. I am very laid back and easy going. I love life and live to lover. If you do not have the cleanest background or arrest record, just come forward and we can talk about it. Bad things happen to good people, but bad people are not allowed as housemates and for some reason if you do squeeze by, you will be asked to leave and then physically removed from the property if you do not.

I will say this sternly. There is not fucking around and I’m not fucking around. This house is too nice and the existing housemates are fucking fantastic people. Being accepted to live here is a god damn privilege. You will have to clean the house from time to time. Dishes, garbage, sweeping mopping and yes you have to pickup after yourself and clean the toilet you use.

If you don’t agree with anything here then don’t ask for the application for you won’t pass the app process.
