Both of these neighboring rooms are available for $500/ month. Room 1 is the one with photos with hardwood floors. Room 2 is carpeted with two closet doors. Both come unfurnished. Too No smoking indoors. Furnished living area and kitchen. Washer and dryer in garage. Garage has storage space. There is a fenced in backyard. Month to month rent, utilities not included we split electric, water, and internet 4 ways.
