Nice rooms available in g-section house. Good vibes; Chill landlord; Awesome housemates; Great location-Close to campus, and close to a nice park with benches. And it is walking distance from Walmart and the gym. The rent has dropped from $925 to $850, and it is a really good room for that price, with a nice built in desk. Plus, the house is very roomy, and has plenty of space for people to do their own thing, and the garage has excellent storage available as well. It is a 4 bedroom/person house. No double occupancy. The lease is halfway done, and is only until May 31. If you book it in December, it will be pro-rated accordingly.
Current housemates are chill 30 year old college grads, that are very respectful and clean. We both keep to ourselves until game night comes around, and then we tend to enjoy some board games and good conversations. The two current roommates get along great, and always try to exude positive energy whenever possible. We are very opened minded to anyone interested in our peaceful home that we’ve been renting, and any particularities that they might have, as long as they don’t break the lease (e.g. no pets please).
