The house has a fourth room, which is being occupied by a pre-existing room-mate, who is a single mother with a teenager.

No smoking indoors. One-time $300 pet fee required to move in pets.

Rent includes access to full bathroom, washer and dryer, use of kitchen, common area, garage storage, and swimming pool.

House has a spacious open floor plan and is minimally furnished. Bedrooms are not furnished.

House is within 3 miles of Post Office, Walmart, Walgreen’s, McDonald’s, Dunkin’ and numerous gas stations as well as parks. Ideal for DSC students at Deltona Campus.
