I have two rooms available for rent in my beautiful home located in Riverdale, GA in a super safe and quiet community. You’ll share a bathroom and a half with eventually 2 other roommates with your own sink, drawer and cabinet. House has security cameras both indoors and out for added security.

All common areas are furnished already and the bedrooms for rent come with queen sized beds. (One queen mattress w/box spring and the other room with just a mattress if needed)

My large room (Bonus Room) starts at $1,000/M with all utilities included, for single occupancy and is big enough for a bedroom area, nice sized sitting area and small office/desk space. Has a decent sized closet and is located in its own section of the home, adjacent from the shared bathroom. Can rent this room out to couples or people with kids for extra money of course.

My large room (Guest Room) starts at $950/M with all utilities included, for single occupancy and is big enough for a bed area, and nice small sitting area. Has a nice sized walk-in closet and is located in its own section of the home across from the shared bathroom.

My small room starts at $850 and is attached to the bathroom you’ll share with one other person (my friend). You’ll have your own personal space in the bathroom via own sink, drawer & cabinet.

Not accepting people with pets but you must be pet friendly as I have a small hypoallergenic puppy who lives with me, mainly occupying the downstairs space with me as that’s where I’m located in the home.

House has wifi, central heat/AC, a laundry room and indoor/outdoor lounge area for smoking and chilling located in the garage. Rooms rent out on the month to month basis, I do require a small non refundable sec deposit for background check and move out cleaning fee. Home has one roommate occupying a room, he’s rarely home and can provide transportation for a fee if you need help getting around. The closest Marta bus top is a 25 min walk.

Rooms are available for immediate move in and your first 30 days with me is a trial period. I’m looking for a very clean, communicative, responsible (pays on time) & professional roommate (employed).

My friend stays with me and he’s really ever home. If you need transportation he’ll more than likely help you out if he’s free to do it.
