West Roseburg Avenue

This cozy house has 3 bedrooms in total and a den. It is close to the 99 freeway, between Kansas and Briggsmore. The house has a large living room and kitchen/dining room which are fully furnished and shared. However, we would also be okay with someone bringing in more furniture. The house has a large garage with a washer and dryer, as well as a great backyard with a patio and a large front yard. The room is about 110 sq. ft. with a closet. The bathroom is across from the room and is shared with 2 other roommates who are very clean. There are pets in the house.

The people living in this home are all LGBTQ+, so we would prefer someone who is LGBTQ+ or an aly. There are currently 4 people (2 couples) living here. We would also accept couples, which would make the rent $375 per person. Something that is important to us in a roommate is someone who picks up after themselves and is okay with doing some chores here and there. The rent does not include utilities but it can be anywhere from $90-$120 per month (it would be cheaper for couples). We are okay with an animal as long as it is an ESA or service animal. We are generally quiet people who sometimes have roommate dinners/hang outs. We would love someone who vibes with us and respects the house as much as we do.
