Nathalie & David Montes's room

Live in a quiet neighborhood. Live only 5 minutes away from california state university san marcos. All utilities are included, we just ask during summer time we share the cost of electricity since we do have AC and the cost can be very high.

The room is a good size, and it has a mini walk in closet. Since their are dual sinks you do get your own side for your own personal items. Room is available jan 1st. Serious inquiries only, we also ask for a meet and greet,so you have a chance to physically see the place as well as meet us in person.

Other than me and my husband, we have to other roommates. They are very nice and usually keep to themselves, but always happy to help.
